1. Acceptance of terms
By using www.settle.site, requesting a quote, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Services overview
Settle introduces UK businesses to vetted providers across:
- Card machines and payment processing
- Business funding and merchant cash advances
- Business energy and utilities
- POS systems and EPOS hardware
- General business support
Settle acts as an introducer and consultancy. The end services are delivered by our partners (e.g. Teya for card machines), each governed by their own contracts.
3. Card machine services
Quotes for card machines are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing, fees and terms are set by the chosen provider (e.g. Teya). Approval and onboarding are subject to that provider's KYC, AML and underwriting checks.
4. Business funding disclaimer
Settle is not a lender. We introduce businesses to UK funding providers but cannot guarantee approval, amount or terms. All decisions are made by the lender based on their own criteria.
Borrow only what your business can comfortably repay.
5. Energy switching
Energy quotes are estimates based on supplier rates available at the time of enquiry. Final contracts and rates are confirmed directly with the chosen supplier.
6. POS systems
POS hardware and software are supplied and supported by our POS partners. Warranty, maintenance and software terms are set by those providers.
7. Third-party providers
We carefully select partners but are not responsible for their pricing, availability, performance or contract terms. Any disputes related to a provider's product or service should be raised directly with that provider, although we'll happily help where we can.
8. Quotes & estimates
Savings figures, rate comparisons and example outcomes shown on the website are illustrative. Actual savings depend on your business profile, volume and provider terms.
9. User obligations

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Service availability & 24/7 support
